摘    要:以葡萄糖为标准,以3,5-二硝基水杨酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定橡胶籽内壳中还原糖的含量,结果表明:在波长490nm处有最大吸收峰,测定重现性良好,标准回收率高,相对误差较小,效果好。

Abstract:This glucose as standard,3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid as color reagent,using rubber seed Determination of reducing sugar content within the shell,the results show that:the wavelength of maximum absorption of 490nm Department has determined good reproducibility,standard and high recovery rate,the relative error is less effective.
