| 摘 要： | 为了深入了解培养基有效成分对蛹虫草生长的影响,配制2种液体培养基和5种大米、玉米配比的栽培料,通过菌种培养和栽培比较表明,添加奶粉的培养液培养的液体菌种有利于蛹虫草的生长,不同大米和玉米配比的栽培料对蛹虫草的生长没有显著差异。

| Abstract: | To study the effects of valid components in culture medium on the growth of Cordyceps militaris,we prepared two kinds of liquid growth medium,five kinds of cultivated materials that were mixture with rice and corn in different ratio.Af-ter cultivated,we found out the liquid growth medium dashed with milk powder was benefical for the growth of Cordyceps militaris,and the cultivated materials mixed with rice and corn in different ratio showed no significant difference on the growth of Cordyceps militaris. |
