摘    要:王泽农是我国近现代著名的茶学教育家和农业科技专家,是中国茶学高等教育事业的创始人之一,参与创办了我国第一个高等院校茶叶专业,创设了早期茶学专业教育课程体系,后又在安徽农学院创办茶业系并长期在此执教,为我国培养了一大批优秀的茶学专业人才,极大地推动了我国茶学高等教育事业的发展;建立了我国茶叶生物化学学科与理论体系,完善茶学学科建设,为茶树生物学与资源利用国家重点实验室的创立奠定了坚实的理论基础,并为当前茶学领域的基础性前沿研究提供了重要的理论支撑和途径方法;积极开展了茶叶科技创新和茶文化理论研究,服务地方茶业经济发展,为我国茶学高等教育事业和茶产业的发展作出了重要贡献。

Abstract:Wang Zenong is a famous tea educator and agricultural science and technology expert in China’s modern times,and one of the founders of tea higher education in China,he participated in the establishment of China’s first tea major in Colleges,and created the early tea professional education course system,and later established the Tea Department in Anhui Agricultural College and taught there for a long time,cultivated a large number of outstanding tea professionals for our country,and greatly promoted the development of China’s tea higher education;He established China’s tea biochemistry discipline and theoretical system,improved the discipline construction of tea science,laid a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of the State Key Laboratory of Tea Plant Biology and Resource Utilization,and provided important theoretical support and methods for the current basic frontier research in the field of tea science;He actively carried out tea science and technology innovation and tea culture theory research,served the local tea industry economic development,and made important contributions to the development of China’s tea higher education and tea industry.
