电动汽车充放电行为分析与优化研究

摘    要:针对电动汽车大规模无序并网导致负荷峰值增加、电压偏差等问题,本文根据区域采样负荷数据,对电动汽车的充电时刻、充电时长以及充电量等因素进行可靠分析,确定数据特征关系。并基于充电特征分析结果建立了以用户充电需求、经济成本以及充电负荷峰谷差的多目标优化模型和负荷预测模型,采用改进遗传算法对不同功率的优化配置方案进行求解。通过算法仿真运算和测试,验证了算法和模型的优化效果,证明了电动汽车特征分析和数学模型的有效性。通过本方案提出的功率优化配置,可实现充电需求、经济成本、充电峰谷差的协调优化,保证电网和电动汽车的稳定运行。

Analysis and Optimization Research on Charging and Discharging Behavior of Electric Vehicles

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of load peak increase and voltage deviation caused by large-scale disordered grid connection of electric vehicles,this paper analyzes the charging time,charging time and charging amount of electric vehicles based on the regional sampling load data,and determines the data characteristic relationship.Based on the analysis results of charging characteristics,the multi-objective optimization model and load forecasting model are established,which are based on the charging demand,economic cost and peak valley difference of charging load.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration scheme of different power.Through the algorithm simulation and test,the optimization effect of the algorithm and model is verified,and the effectiveness of the electric vehicle feature analysis and mathematical model is proved.Through the optimal power configuration proposed in this scheme,the coordinated optimization of charging demand,economic cost and peak valley difference of charging can be realized,and the stable operation of power grid and electric vehicles can be ensured.
