摘    要:装配线是一种高效的生产组织模式。文章针对鸭嘴式机械精量穴播器进行混流装配线规划,应用Petri模型梳理穴播器装配工艺,设计三种穴播器装配线工位划分方案。基于Flexsim仿真软件,分析三种方案的工人利用率和装配系统输出量,选择最优方案。进一步优化完善装配线规划方案,分析无暂存区及有限暂存区时对装配线系统生产效率的影响,根据仿真结果设置线边暂存区容量,结果表明有限线边暂存区可有效提高操作人员平均利用率和产线输出。对最终方案进行装配线平衡分析,平衡率为86.09%,效果良好。

Research on Assembly Line Planning of the Hill-drop Planter Based on Petri Model and Flexsim Simulation

Abstract:The assembly line is an efficient production organization model,article which is designed for mixed-flow assembly line planning for the duckbill mechanical precision hill-drop planter.The Petri model is used to sort out the assembly process of the hill-drop planter.Three kinds station division schemes of hill-drop planter assembly line are designed.Based on Flexsim simulation software,the operator utilization and the output of assembly system of the three schemes were analyzed to select the optimal scheme.Further optimize and perfect the assembly line planning scheme,analyze the influence of no temporary storage area and limited temporary storage area on the production efficiency of the assembly line system,set the capacity of the line-side temporary storage area according to the simulation results,the results show that the finite line-side temporary storage area can effectively improve the average utilization rate of operators and the output of the production line.The balance analysis of the assembly line shows that the balance rate is 86.09%and the effect is good.
