| 摘 要： | 2005年7月～2006年7月,作者在辽宁、吉林、黑龙江等20多个市县五味子(Schisandra chinensis)栽培地进行了调查采样,共采集土壤样品50余份;采用稀释平板法在孟加拉红培养基上分离培养,共获得21属33种真菌。

| Abstract: | Nearly 50 soil samples were collected from Schisandrae chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.from more than 20 cities or counties in northeastern China from July 2005 to July 2006.By means of diluting plate method and rose Bengal medium.The fungal isolates were identified to species level after purification and subculture.33 species belonging to 21 genera of fungi were identified. |
