| Abstract: | Xulou Administrative Village—one of the villages in Henan Province,which is a big agricultural province in central China,being taken as sample and based on the first-hand evidence collected,in this paper the problems in the construction of new socialist rural were analyzed and their reasons from a micro perspective were explored and some countermeasures were put forward. |
