摘    要:以马棘(Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats.)、二色胡枝子(Leapedeza bicolor Turcz.)、紫穗槐(Amorpha fruiticosaLinn.)和多花木兰(Indigofera amblyantha)4种灌木幼苗为材料,采用盆栽控水的方法,设定32.06%~34.20%(正常供水)、23.51%~25.65%(轻度胁迫)、17.10%~19.24%(中度胁迫)、12.83%~14.96%(重度胁迫)4个土壤含水量水平,研究水分胁迫对4种灌木生长和生理生化指标的影响,并利用模糊隶属函数法综合评价4种灌木的抗旱性。结果表明,随胁迫强度的增加,幼苗的叶绿素a/b、相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性显著增加,存活率、苗高相对增长量、叶面积、叶片相对含水量、叶片保水力、可溶性蛋白含量显著下降,综合评价得出其抗旱性强弱排序为:紫穗槐>胡枝子>马棘>多花木兰。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical characteristics of Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats, Leapedeza bi- color Turcz. , Amorpha fruiticosa Linn and Indigofera amblyantha seedlings were investigated under four dif- ferent soil water content levels including N (normal water supply, 32.06%- 34.20% of the field capacity), LS (light stress, 23.51% - 25.65% of the field capacity), MS (moderate stress, 17.10% - 19.24% of the field capacity), SS ( severe stress, 12.83% - 14.96% of the field capacity). The results showed that with increase of drought stress, the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b, the relative electrical conductivity rate, proline content, malondialdehyde accumulationi, soluble sugar content, SOD activity, POD activity and CAT activity significantly elevated, conversely, survival rate, relative growth, leaf area, water preserving capacity of leaves and soluble protein content significantly decreased. The comprehensive assessment of drought resist- ance for the tested shrubs using membership function was Amorpha fruiticosa Linn 〉 Leapedeza bicolor Turcz 〉 Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats 〉 lndigofera amblyantha.
