金樱子多糖对阿霉素的增效减毒作用

摘    要:无菌抽取培养在小鼠腹腔内生长良好的S180腹水瘤制成匀浆,右腋接种,建立小鼠S180实体瘤模型。连续给药10 d,通过计算抑瘤率、q值、脾脏指数、胸腺指数,检测白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC),Elisa法测定脾脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),判断金樱子多糖(RLP)对阿霉素(ADM)的增效减毒作用。结果表明:ADM单用抑瘤率为32.57%,与RLP合用后抑瘤率提高(q>1.15);RLP高剂量与ADM合用组与单用ADM组比较,外周血细胞(RBC、WBC)、脏器指数、SOD均明显增加(P<0.05),而MDA明显降低(P<0.05),说明金樱子多糖与化疗药物阿霉素合用后具有明显的增效减毒作用。

Abstract:The S180 cavityascites tumor, cultured in the abdomen of mice was aseptically extracted and ho- mogenized, subsequently a tumor mouse model was established by right axillary vaccination 0.2 mL S180 in the present investigation. After 10 d consecutive administration, the inhibitory rate of tumor, q value, thymus in- dex and spleen index, white blood cells in serum, activity of spleen superoxide dismutase (SOD) , malondi- aldehyde (MDA) accumulation were quantified. The results showed the combined groups of RLP and ADM enhanced the anti-tumor effects ( q 〉 1.15 ) , and reduced the toxicity of adriamycin. The combined groups of high dose RLP and ADM increased peripheral blood cell, organ index and the activity of SOD ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while reduced the level of MDA( P 〈 0.05 ). RLP demonstrated significantly synergistic and attenuated effects on Adriamycin.
