| 摘 要： | 通过电子表格软件Excel在文献资源建设统计过程中的账目的登记与管理、数据的分类汇总以及数据分析三个方面的应用，探讨了在资源建设管理统计工作中利用Excel丰富的数据计算、数据统计、表格制作及制图等功能迅速、准确、高质量地完成工作目标的便利性和实用性。

| Abstract: | From account registration, statistical sorting and coordinating, data processing as well as analytical report, generation, the application of high intelligent table-style software Excel in the management of resource construction database is described with a practical statistical work in university library. The practicality and advantage of using Excel for an agile, exact and efficient statistical work, such as calculation, statistics, table and graph generations, is also discussed. |
