绵羊肺炎支原体感染山羊病例的实验室诊断

摘    要:为确诊铜仁地区山羊肺炎病例病原,开展了山羊肺炎的发病情况调查、临床症状与病理变化观察和血清抗体与病原核酸检测等实验室诊断。结果表明:该病以2~3月龄山羊最为易感,秋冬两季多发;临床症状多为呼吸系统症状,病理变化主要是纤维素性胸膜肺炎;绵羊肺炎支原体抗体阳性率为69.6%(78/112),病原核酸检出率为64.3%(9/14);丝状支原体山羊亚种抗体阳性率为8.0%(9/112),未检出其病原核酸。绵羊肺炎支原体是引起铜仁地区山羊支原体肺炎的主要病原。

Abstract:The survey of incidence,observation of clinical symptoms and pathological changes,detection of serum antibodies and pathogen nucleic acid were conducted in laboratory to clarify the pathogen of pneumonia cases.Results: 2~3 months old goats were susceptible to the disease and often occurred in autumn and winter.The clinical symptoms of the disease were mainly in respiratory system,and pathological changes were mainly cellulose pleural pneumonia.The positive rate of antibodies to M.ovipneumoniea was 69.6%(78/112) in sick goats,and the detected rates of the specific DNA fragment of this pathogen was 64.3%(9/14) in the lung tissues of the sick goats.The positive rate of antibodies to M.mycoides subsp.capri was 8.0%(9/112) and the specific DNA fragment was not detected.It was concluded that M.ovipneumoniea was the major causative agent of CMP in Tongren Region.
