日粮高硒对奶牛生产性能和乳中硒含量的影响研究

摘    要:选用30头经产2~4胎,产期相近,产奶量相似的中国黑白花奶牛,随机分成3组,每组各10头。分别在试验组日粮精料中添加1.0 mg/kg和1.5 mg/kg的微量元素硒。试验结果表明,高硒对奶牛产奶量和牛奶中乳脂、乳糖、乳蛋白、SNF均不产生显著影响(P>0.05);对血硒、乳硒含量的分析结果表明:日粮加硒可以使血硒和乳硒得到相应的提高,与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。乳硒的变化与血硒的提高并不一致,差异相关性分析表明:乳硒的变化和血硒的变化之间不存在线性相关。

Abstract:Thirty parity 2-4 Holstein cows with similar milk production and partum time were selected and allocated to 3 treatments,10 cows for each treatment.The first treatment was the control group,the second and third treatments were trial groups to which 1.0 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg of supplemental selenium in the concentrate portion were added respectively.The result showed that neither 1.00 mg/kg treatment nor 2.0 mg/kg treatment could significantly influence the milk production and milk fat,protein,lactose and SNF(P>0.05).The blood selenium and milk selenium were measured,the data indicated that the concentration of selenium in blood and in milk would increase when selenium was added in diet(P<0.05),but the changes in the milk selenium were not identical with those in the blood selenium.
