| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是全面落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会伟大战略部署的要求和重要组成部分。离退休老同志政治责任心强、有丰富的工作经验和很高的威信。他们懂教育、爱教育、善教育，是党和国家的宝贵财富，是构建和谐校园不可忽视的力量。高校要围绕构建和谐校园的目标和任务，充分发挥离退休老同志的重要作用，促进和谐校园建设。文章研究了构建和谐校园的目标和任务，并探讨了如何充分发挥离退休老同志在构建和谐校园中的作用。

| Abstract: | Constructing harmonious campus is an important part of the harmonious society construction strategic development.The retirees have a strong sense of political responsibility,rich working experience and high prestige.Centering on the goal and requirements of the harmonious campus construction,universities should give full play to the effect of the retirees.This paper researches on the goal and requirements of the harmonious campus constructing,and studies how to exploit the potential of the retirees in the harmonious campus construction. |
