| 摘 要： | 概述我国种用花生机械化脱壳设备现状及存在问题,以提升我国种用花生机械化脱壳技术水平为目标,从生产经营模式、物料特性、加工成套设备、脱壳工艺等方面系统考虑我国种用花生机械化脱壳技术路线,初步提出技术路线为:积极探索种用花生生产经营模式;选育适合机械化脱壳的品种;选择适宜种用花生脱壳加工工艺;集成种用花生脱壳成套设备。

| Abstract: | An outline of the status and problems of peanut shelling mechanization equipment is re- viewed. In order to improve the level of peanut seeds shelling mechanization, we took into account of the scheme of peanut seeds shelling based on the production model, characteristics of the pods, whole set of process equipments, and shelling process. We put forward the scheme as follows： researching the production model of peanut seed, selecting and cultivating the peanut varieties that is suitable for shelling, confirming the appropriate process of peanut shelling, integrating sets of peanuts shelling e- quipment. |
