摘    要:基于PCR技术产生的SSR标记由于其多态性高、重复性好、操作简单、呈共显性等优点,目前已成为花生遗传研究中发展最快,应用最广泛的分子标记。本文就花生SSR标记的开发,及其在F1代真假杂种的鉴别、突变体分析、遗传多样性研究、亲缘关系比较、物种进化、指纹图谱和遗传连锁图谱的构建、数量性状位点定位和分子标记辅助选择育种等方面的应用研究进行了综述,同时对SSR标记在花生中的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Recently, SSR marker produced-based on PCR technology has become the fastest grow- ing and the most widely used molecular marker in peanut, because it has advantages of high polymor- phic, good reproducibility, simplicity for operation and co-dominant. Development of SSR marker in peanut, and the application study of hybrid identification, mutant analysis, genetic diversity analysis, relationship comparison, species evolution, fingerprint and genetic linkage map construction, QTL mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding in F1 generation were all summarized in this paper. Furthermore, the future usage of SSR marker in peanut was prospected.
