万向传动的扭振计算分析

摘    要:以渐近法理论为基础,探讨了结构和几何参数对万向传动机构中动力放大系数和主、从传动件旋转非等速性的影响。通过对万向传动的扭振分析,提出了为减轻扭振、避免共振合理选择传动件刚度、转动惯量、轴间夹角的设计方法。

Abstract:In this paper based on a research theory of approaching a problem, discussed an influence of configuration and geometry parameter in allusion to drive coefficient and performance of different rotate speed with universal transmission mechanism. A better design method with reason choose transmission angular rigidity, moment of inertia and transmission angle between two axes was put forward to mitigate torsional oscillation and avoidance sympathetic vibration by means of torsional oscillation analysis on universal transmission .
