| 摘 要： | 对我国热带水果的特性及贮运保鲜发展现状进行了论述,并对近年来研发的一些先进保鲜技术和进展进行了介绍.根据国际水果市场的发展趋势,提出了我国热带水果采后处理、贮运保鲜与国际接轨的对策及措施,并对今后热带水果贮运保鲜发展方向进行了分析与展望.

| Abstract: | This assay discusses the characteristics and the development on storage and transportation of Chinese tropical fruit. Some advanced storage technologies exploited in recent years are also introduced. According to the development of international fruit market, we propose some countermeasures on postharvest handling,storage and transportation of tropical fruits which could match up the international trend proposed, and also analysis and foresee the development direction of tropical fruit's storage and transport in the future. |
