| 摘 要： | 林业项目管理信息系统面临的最大难题，是随着项目的进展，如何应对不断变更的需求。本文主张将系统的“控制中心”地位调整为“辅助管理”地位，以项目信息处理的高度灵活性为前提，辅助管理基础数据，辅助完成事务处理。为此带来系统设计理念的更新，并在信息流程、数据组织、代码应用方式上予以体现。

| Abstract: | The biggest problem in forestry project management information system is how to dispose changing needs with project progress. It advocated adjusting the system status from ＂control center＂ to ＂auxiliary management＂ ,the system deals with project information in a high flexibility for the premise, supports data management and the completion of transaction. Which can bring the renewal conception of system design, and can be reflected in the information flows, data organization, and code application way. |
