| 摘 要： | 肉品是由饲料经畜禽消化吸收转化而来,饲料中营养物质的水平和类型直接影响着肉品质量。中草药添加剂具有天然性、多功能性、无毒副作用和无抗药性的特点,不仅可提高动物的生产性能,而且能显著改善其产品的品质。综述了中草药作为猪饲料添加剂在提高猪生产性能和改善猪肉品质方面的重要作用。

| Abstract: | As meat produce is conversed from feed through animal's digestion and absorption, nutritent substance levels and types are directly related to meat quality. Chinese herb medical additives is of nature, multi-purpose function, non-toxicity, non-side effect, and non-drugfasL It could not only improve animal's production performance, but also to improve product's quality considerably. Chinese herb medicine used as pig feed additives had played an important role to improve pig production performance and perk quality. |
