火炬树对水分胁迫的生理生化反应

摘    要:以1年生火炬树苗木为实验材料,采用称质量控制土壤含水量的方法,设置了对照(CK)、轻度水分胁迫(T1)、中度水分胁迫(T2)和重度水分胁迫(T3)4个不同处理组,研究了火炬树对水分胁迫的生理生化反应。结果表明:胁迫初期,MDA含量和质膜透性呈显著正相关,两者均随胁迫程度的加剧而显著增加,水分胁迫诱导SOD活性和POD活性大幅升高;胁迫后期,由于SOD活性、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量显著升高,所以MDA含量的增幅变小,对质膜未造成严重损伤。T1、T2和T3组的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在胁迫前60d均显著高于CK组,在胁迫后期含量下降,而在整个水分处理期间,T1组的可溶性蛋白含量与CK组在15d后无显著差异,而T2和T3组的含量与对照差异显著,T3组的含量始终处于最低,受影响最大。

Abstract:Four different levels of water stress,mild water stress(T1),moderate water stress(T2),severe water stress(T3)and the control(CK),were applied to study the effect of water stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of 1-year-old Rhus typhina seedlings under pot cultural condition by controlling soil water content in terms of soil weight.Results show that,at the early stage of water stress,MDA content was markedly correlated with plasma membrane permeability,and they both obviously increased with increasing degree of water stress,and SOD and POD activities induced by water stress obviously increased.While at the late stage of stress,MDA content increased slightly due to the distinct increase of free proline and soluble sugar contents as well as SOD activity,which did not damage cytoplasmic membrane seriously.Contents of chlorophylls and carotenoid were significantly higher under T1,T2 and T3 than those of CK during the first 60 days of water stress,and they declined at the late stage.During the whole water stress period,there was no difference was found between free proline of T1 and CK after 15 days of water stress,T2 and T3 were significantly different from CK,!and T3 always exhibited the lowest free proline content,indicating that T3 was more seriously affected.
