摘    要:本文用异种免疫方法研究了不同品种猪的血清反应差异。对五个差异较显著的品种(太湖猪、新淮猪、约克夏、内江猪、克米洛夫)进行研究。采用免疲比浊法进行交叉血清反应,应用免疫相关系数比较不同品种、不同类群的差异程度。发现同源抗原抗体反应浊度大于异源反应浊度,品种差异越大,交叉反应越弱,反之越强。并对太湖猪的三个类群(梅山、枫泾、二花脸)和姜曲海、长白猪用同种方法进行试验。其结果与上相符,即太湖猪不同类群之间差异最小;太湖猪与姜曲海之间的差异次之;太湖猪和姜曲海与长白猪之间的差异最大。 试验表明,不同品种以及品种中不同类群间也存在血清交叉反应强度和亲缘关系的对应关系。

Abstract:Detecting the difference of seroreaction between various swine breeds is studied by heteroimmunity.Investigation begins with five swine breeds (Taihu pig, Xinghuai pig,Neijiang pig, Kemiroff and Yorkshire). Criss-seroreaction resorts to immunoturbidimetry. The immunological correlation coefficient is calculated to compare the difference between various breeds or strains. The result shows that the turbidity in homoantigen antibody reaction is larger than that in heteroantigen-antibody reaction. The larger the difference between breeds, the weaker the criss-seroreaction is. The investigation is followed for three endemic strains of Taihu pig (Erhualian, Meishan and Fenjing), Jiangquhai pig and Landrace with the same method. The result shows that the differences are the smallest between the three endemic strains of Taihu pig. The differences are larger between Taihu pig and Jiangquhai pig. They are largest between Landraee and other breeds.The result shows that there are corresponding relations between the intensity of criss-seroreaetion and the relationship of various breeds and endemic strains.
