半胱胺、四黄素和绿益康对鸡生产性能的影响

摘    要:目的:本试验研究了半胱胺、四黄素和绿益康三种饲料添加剂对鸡生产性能的影响。方法:试验选取320只1日龄雏鸡,随机分成4组,每组80只,即试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组。四黄素、绿益康和半胱胺分别按0.6%添加到试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的基础日粮中;基础日粮自配。试验期为28天。结果:饲喂半胱胺的试验组第一周平均活重比对照组提高4.27%,差异显著(p<0.05);饲喂第二周平均重比对照组、绿益康组和四黄素组的平均活重分别提高了12.33%、11.5%和15.66%,差异都显著(p<0.05)。平均日增重提高了4.29%, 料重比降低了22.7%,育成率提高了3.8%。饲喂绿益康的试验组第一周,平均活重比对照组和四黄素组分别提高了5.04%和4.76% ,差异都显著(p<0.05),三周后平均活重提高了3.96%,平均日增重提高了4.92%,料重比降低了15.7%,育成率提高了7.5%。饲喂四黄素的试验组平均重提高0.93%,日增重提高了4.92%,料重比下降了20%,育成率提高了7.5%。结论:本试验结果表明绿益康防病促生长效果最好。半胱胺对鸡的促生长效果最好且在饲喂半胱胺的第一、二两周后差异显著(p<0.05),四黄素有明显的防病促生长作用。

Abstract:The effect of cysteamine, sihuangsu and the lvyikang three feed additive on performance of the chicken were studied in this experiment.Methods:320 of one-day-age chickens were randomLy divided into four groups, every group was 80.The experiment Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ group and the control group. Sihuangsu of 0.6g/kg, Lvyikang of 0.6g/kg and Cysteamine of 0.6g/kg were added to the basic diet of the experiment group. Results: Feeding Cysteamine of the experiment group average weight than the control group increased 4.27% and significantly different(P〈0.05) the first week; At second week, Cysteamine of the experiment group average weight than the control group, the Sihuangsu group and Lvyikang group increased by 12.33%, 11.5%and 15.6% and the differences are significant (P〈0.05). Cysteamine of the experiment group Average daily gain than the control group increased 4.29%, the rate of feed on weight decrease 22.7%, the incubation rate of increase 3.8%. Feeding the Lvyikang of test group the average weight than the control group and Sihuangsu group increased 5.04% and 4.76% and the differences are significant (P〈0.05) in first week. After three weeks, Lvyikang of group than control group the average weight increased 3.96 %, the average daily gain increased 4.92%, the rate of feed on weight decrease 15.7%, the incubation rate of increase 7.5%. Feeding Sihuangsu group than control group aver- age weight increased 0.93%, the daily gain increased 4.92%, the rate of feed on weight decrease 20 %, the incubation rate of increase 7.5%.Conclusion:The results showed that the effect of Lvyikang growth-promoting and preventing disease was best. The effect of Cysteamine to promote growth was best, in the first and second two weeks were significantly (P〈0.05), Sihuangsu can prevent disease and growth-promoting rale.
