白花蛇舌草注射液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘    要:研究白花蛇舌草注射液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。应用比色法,分别测定白花蛇舌草注射液在高(15 mg生药/kg)、中(7.5 mg生药/kg)、低(3.75 mg生药/kg)3种剂量作用下,荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞毒指数、脾细胞的增殖、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率及指数、血清凝集素活性和脾细胞IL-2活性的变化。与荷瘤对照组比较,白花蛇舌草注射液各剂量组可显著提高NK细胞活性(P0.01,P0.05);增强脾细胞增殖(P0.01,P0.05);显著提高腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(P0.001,P0.01,P0.05);显著增加血清中抗羊红细胞凝集素值(P0.001、P0.01);高、中剂量组可明显提高脾脏IL-2活性(P0.01,P0.05)。白花蛇舌草注射液具有显著提高荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:To study the effects of Hedyotis diffusa injection on immune function of tumor-bearing mice. The following items were determined by using colorimetry: Cytotoxic index of the NK cells, proliferation of the spleen ceils, phagocytic percentage and the index of the abdomen macrophages, agglutinating activity from serum to the sheep erythrocytes and IL-2 activity of the spleen ceils in the tumor-bearing mice treated with high-,moderate- or low-dosage of Hedyotis diffusa injection (15,7.5,3.25 mg per kilogram ). Compared to the tumor-bearing groups, the cytotoxic index of the NK cells, proliferation of the spleen cells, phagocytic percentage and the index of the abdomen macrophages, agglutinating activity increased significantly( P 〈 0.001, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). The IL-2 activity increased significantly at high and moderate-dosage (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). The Hedyotis diffusa injection plays an important role in enhancing the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
