载重汽车转向杆系优化设计方法研究

摘    要:对双横臂式独立悬架和齿轮-齿条式转向系统进行了空间运动学分析,在此基础上建立了汽车转向杆系优化设计的数学模型。所采用的优化目标函数综合考虑了轮胎的磨损、转向速比及车辆的操纵稳定性,运用可变容差法进行求解。为了控制优化的效果采用了两个权重系数。编制了配套的汽车转向杆系优化设计程序,可方便地对实际车型进行优化计算和试验数据处理。

Abstract:The paper makes a spatial kinematics analysis on the double wishbone suspension as well the rack and(pinion) steering system,based on which a model for optimization of vehicle steering linkage is constructed.The objective(function) adopted takes the tire wear,steering ratio and vehicle handling performance into consideration.The flexible tolerance algorithm is used to solve the(optimal) problem.In order to control the optimization results,two weight coefficients are(introduced.)The optimization program is made,which can be used to realize the steering linkage optimization and measured data processing.
