二色胡枝子组培再生体系优化的研究

摘    要:为了实现二色胡枝子高效再生体系的优化,以二色胡枝子为材料,研究了6-BA、2,4-D、NAA等因素对其子叶节再生、节段扩繁和试管苗生根的影响。试验结果表明:子叶节再生最佳培养基为MS+6一BA0.1mg/L;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;IBA,NAA对二色胡枝子试管苗的生根作用有影响,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/或者1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L。

Abstract:In order to optimize the effective regeneration system of Lespedeza bicolor, the effects of 6-BA,2,4-D,NAA on cotyledonary node regeneration,proliferation and rooting of Lespedeza bicolor were studied.The results showed that the optimum regeneration medium was MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L.MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L +NAA 0.01 mg/L was an optimum proliferation medium.IBA and NAA played an important role in rooting and the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS +IBA 0.5 mg/L or 1/2MS +NAA 0.1mg/L.
