摘 要: | 为探究温度变化对岩扇贝Crassadoma gigantea幼贝(壳长为36.39 mm±4.45 mm)抗氧化系统的响应,试验从低温开始每天1℃逐渐升温,共设5、10、15、20、25℃5个温度试验组,检测温度胁迫下各组岩扇贝幼贝鳃组织抗氧化酶活力(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT活性和总抗氧化能力T-AOC)的变化。结果表明:岩扇贝幼贝SOD活力在5℃时显著低于其他温度组(P0.05),温度为10~25℃时无显著性差异(P0.05);CAT活力在温度5~20℃时各组间无显著性差异(P0.05),在25℃时显著高于其他温度组(P0.05);T-AOC能力在15℃时显著高于其他温度组(P0.05),温度从15℃升高或降低,T-AOC能力都会显著下降(P0.05),温度从15℃降低至5℃时,T-AOC能力的下降幅度显著高于温度从15℃升高至25℃时的下降幅度(P0.05)。研究表明,高温对岩扇贝幼贝鳃组织中CAT活力有着明显的诱导作用,对T-AOC能力有着明显的抑制作用,低温对岩扇贝幼贝组织中SOD活力、T-AOC能力有着明显的抑制作用,从抗氧化酶活力的变化证明了15℃为岩扇贝幼贝最适生长水温。

Abstract: | Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT),and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were determined in juvenile rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea with shell length of(36.39 ±4.45) mm exposed to water temperature of 5,10,15,20,and 25℃,warming-up at 1℃ a day from low temperature,to investigate the influence of temperature changes on antioxidant enzymes activity of juvenile rock scallop. There was significantly lower SOD activity at 5 ℃ than that at other temperatures (P<0.05),without significant difference from 10 ℃ to 25 ℃(P>0.05). The rock scallop had significantly higher CAT activity at 25℃ than the animals did at other tem-peratures (P<0.05),without significant difference from 5 ℃ to 25 ℃(P>0.05). The T-AOC was shown to be significantly higher at 15 ℃ than at the other temperatures(P<0.05) and to be significantly lower beyond 15℃, especially over 15℃(P<0.05).The findings reveal that CAT activity in gills is induced and capacity of T-AOC in gills is inhibited at high temperature and that low temperature led to a significant inhibitory effect on activities of T-AOC and SOD in the tissue fluid of rock scallop,indicating that 15℃ is of optimal temperature for growth of rock scallop. |
