半乳甘露寡糖对肉鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响

摘    要:本试验研究了日粮中添加半乳甘露寡糖对肉鸡生产性能及免疫机能的影响。试验选用 36 0只肉鸡 ,随机分为 4组 ,即抗生素组、0 .0 8%半乳甘露寡糖 +抗生素组、0 .12 %半乳甘露寡糖 +抗生素组、0 .12 %半乳甘露寡糖组。结果表明 :( 1)半乳甘露寡糖对饲料转化率和平均日增重没有显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但日粮采食量有提高的趋势 ;( 2 )添加半乳甘露寡糖与添加抗生素相比 ,胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊相对重量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但脾脏和法氏囊的相对重量有提高的趋势 ;( 3)半乳甘露寡糖组与抗生素组相比 ,血清新城疫抗体滴度显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Abstract:broilers were divided into 4 groups randomly in the experiment, namely, antibiotic, antibiotic 0.08% galactomannan-oligosaccharides, antibiotic 0.12% galactomannan-oligosaccharides and 0.12% Galactomannan-oligosaccharides. The results showed that the diet supplemented with galactomannan-oligosaccharides did not significantly increased body weight gains and feed/gain (P>0.05); Galactomannan-oligosaccharides did not significantly increased weight of immunity organ (P>0.05), but galactomannan-oligosaccharides might increase weight of spleen and bursa.F.; the diet supplemented with galactomannan-oligosaccharides did significantly increased serum antibody titres to Newcastle disease virus (P<0.05).
