| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了编制森林经营方案的基本情况,分析了目前森林经营方案编制存在的问题,根据存在问题提出了如下建议:①努力提高编制森林经营方案的质量;②明确法律地位,确保森林经营方案的实施;③增强森林经营方案的灵活性;④提高编制森林经营方案人员素质和技术水平。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced basic situation of compilation of forest management plan,and analyzed the problems of the current forest management plan,then Put forward some suggestions according to existing problem as follows:①Try hard to improve the quality of the compilation of forest programs;②Clear legal status to ensure the implementation of the forest management plan;③ Enhance the flexibility of the forest management plan;④Improve staff quality and technical level of the preparation of the forest management plan. |
