摘 要: | 为了打破茄子种子休眠,采用HCl、H2O2、GA3、6-BA及变温处理等技术对采收晒种前及播种前的种子进行预处理,共计35个组合.试验结果表明,GA3效果最佳,其次为6-BA及H2O2,HCl处理效果也较好,但应注意药剂含量与时间.其中体积分数为0.01的HCl处理0.5h、0.005的H2O2处理0.25h,GA3以80mgL-1处理0.25~0.5h,6-BA以20mgL-1处理0.25h的效果最好,变温处理也有同等效果.总体上看,处理效果以晒种前比播种前好,但两者未达到显著差异.

Pretreatment techniques for eggplant seeds to break dormancy |

Abstract: | The HCl, H2O2, GA3, 6 BA and poikiothermal treatments were conducted to break dormancy of eggplant seeds. The seed pretreatment were carried out in 2 periods, after harvest ( before sun dry) and before sowing, including 35 treatments in all. The results showed that GA3 was more effective than others, followed by 6 BA and H2O2. HCl had effect but was affected by volume fractions and duration for treatment. The optimal volume fractions and duration for treatment were 0.01 HCl for 0.5 h, 0.005 H2O2 for 0.25 h, 80 mg·L-1 GA3 for 0.25-0.5 h, 20 mg·L-1 6 BA for 0.KG-4]25 h. Poikiothermal treatment had the same effect. Pretreatment before sun dry seemed to be better than before sowing, but there was no significant difference. |
