藜蒿试管苗分泌结构的初步观察

摘    要:目的]研究藜蒿试管苗的分泌结构。方法]以离体培养的藜蒿试管苗及移栽的试管苗花序为材料,采用常规的石蜡制片法制片,在显微镜下观察试管苗的分泌结构。结果]藜蒿试管苗表皮上有腺毛分布,根状茎的皮层薄壁细胞和髓部薄壁细胞比试管苗地上茎的体积大,壁薄,胞间隙发达。藜蒿地上茎和地下茎均具分泌囊,并分布在皮层。藜蒿的分泌囊属于裂生式分泌囊。藜篙试管苗嫩枝、幼叶和花序上分布着分泌腺。一种为腺毛状分泌腺,一般由10个细胞构成,2个基细胞,2个柄细胞,6个腺毛状细胞,排成2列,成熟时为扇形囊状;另一种为非腺毛状,由管状腺细胞构成。结论]该研究为大规模培养藜蒿生产天然产物提供了依据。
