| 摘 要： | 目的比较超声、腹部X线平片、CT三种辅助检查在肠梗阻的诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2002年9月至2008年9月经手术证实为肠梗阻且术前行B超、腹部X线平片及CT三种检查的314例患者的临床资料,对诊断结果进行比较分析。结果超声、腹部X线平片、CT对肠梗阻的诊断符合率分别是83.1%、91.4%、94.9%;对梗阻部位判断的正确率分别是44.9%、47.1%、79.6%;对梗阻原因的诊断准确率分别为36.6%、32.8%、65.9%;对梗阻是否发生绞窄的准确率分别为75.4%、15.9%、79.7%。B超、CT对绞窄性肠梗阻的诊断有一定意义,明显优于X线（P〈0.01）。结论临床诊断肠梗阻的患者应常规进行B超检查;腹部X线平片联合超声检查对于粪石、肿瘤、结石导致的肠梗阻及绞窄性肠梗阻有重要的诊断价值。
