| 摘 要： | 由犬瘟热病毒感染引发的犬瘟热是多种动物共患的重要传染疾病。病毒分离技术是对该疾病诊断和病原研究方面的必要手段和基础。目前，多种不同动物来源的原代细胞、传代细胞及稳定表达犬瘟热病毒受体——信号淋巴细胞激活因子的细胞系在犬瘟热病毒分离研究中均得到广泛应用。综述当前犬瘟热病毒分离技术的研究进展，并对不同分离方法优缺点进行比较分析。 |

| Abstract: | Canine distemper caused by canine distemper virus is an acute, highly contagious disease that can infect many kinds of animals. Viral isolation technique is the necessity and foundation for diagnostic and pathogenic studies of canine distemper. It is reported that the primary cultured ceils originated from different animals, passage cells and ceil lines, which are stably expressing Signaling lymphocyte activation molecule are being widely used to isolate and study CDV. This review mainly summarized the recent research progress of CDV isolation technique and compared merits and demerits of them. |
