摘    要:为研制一种有效的中草药型饲料防霉剂,选用几种天然中草药与丙酸钙同时进行饲料防霉效果的实验,通过对贮藏15d和40d的饲料分别进行霉菌数检测,土槿皮组、黄柏组、白鲜皮组和黄芩组在贮藏的前期饲料中的霉菌基本得到控制,霉菌总数10万个/g以下。贮藏后期,霉菌总数升高幅度也不大,尤以土槿皮效果最佳,与丙酸钙效果相当。表明中草药用于饲料防霉效果明显,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to find an effective antimould reagent of feed,which is also a Chinese herbal medicine,several natural Chinese herbal medicines were selected to test simultaneously with calcium propionate to examine the effects of preventing the feed from becoming mildewy. Through the examinations on the total number of the mould of the feed storing for 15 days and 40 days respectively,the results show that the mould was basically controlled in the former feed storage stage of Cortex pseudolariscis group,Cortex phellodendri group,Cortex dictamni group and Ra dix scutellariae group,and the total number of the mould is below 106/g. In the later storage stage,the total number of the mould increases also within a narrow range. Especially,the effect of the Cortex pseudolariscis group is the best,which is equivalent to the calcium propionate. Thus,it shows that there is a remarkable effect of Chinese herbal medicine applying to preventing the feed from going mouldy,and there is also a bright future for application.
