摘    要:以菊花为研究对象,研究了热水浸泡、过氧化氢溶液浸泡及超声波处理的脱硫效果,结果显示,3种处理方式都可以有效地降低菊花中二氧化硫残留量,超声波处理效果最佳。正交试验优选出的脱硫方法是将菊花浸泡于30℃0.05%过氧化氢溶液中,超声处理6h。

Abstract:The effect of hot water,H2O2 solution,and ultrasonic wave treatment on the elimination of sulfur dioxide in chrysanthemum were investigated.The results showed that all three means could reduce the content of sulfur dioxide effectively.The ultrasonic treatment had the best effect.Orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal selection method for reducing sulfur dioxide in chrysanthemum was to put it in 30℃,0.05% H2O2 solution and treat it with ultrasonic wave during 6 h.
