摘    要:对灌区节水改造环境效应的综合评价属于多目标、多层次的综合评价,反映在指标上表现为尺度的不同、属性的不同、数值的量级差别等,在评价方法上选择能将定性分析和定量分析相结合的多目标决策方法。对大兴井灌区环境效应综合评价的实例表明,层次分析法比较适用于灌区节水改造环境效应综合评价。

Abstract:Integrated Evaluation of Environment Impacts(IEEI) is to evaluate effects added by Water-saving improvement in irrigation districts(WIID) on ID's environment by constructing evaluation system and adopting proper mathematical method.Since evaluation index system has multi-complexity,reflecting on difference of scale,attributes and magnitude,IEEI is the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation.Case study proves that Analytic Hierarchy Process might be the proper method to apply in IEEI.
