摘    要:在植物基因工程中,农杆菌介导的遗传转化是比较完善和相对高效的转化方法,但在单子叶植物中应用相对较少。本文对水稻、玉米、小麦等三种重要禾本科植物农杆菌转化法的应用进行了介绍,重点综述了影响转化效率的因素及农杆菌转化法在功能基因组学研究及商业方面的应用进展。

Abstract:Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation is an effective and well studied method for gene delivery.However,its applications in monocotyledons plants are still very limited and deserve more attentions.In this article,we review the advancement of Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation in rice,maize and wheat,mainly focusing on the factors that influence the transformation efficiency and its applications in agronomical and molecular biological studies.
