亮菌多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用单因素考察和正交优化法确立亮菌多糖浸提工艺,并通过一次性醇沉和分级沉淀试验确定醇沉方式。结果表明:在料水比1∶25、温度100℃的条件下,浸提6 h,提取2次,多糖保留率最高;醇沉方式以分级醇沉为宜。

Abstract:To research the optimum extracting technique of polysaccharide from Armillariella,the optimum extracting condition of polysaccharide were established through single factorial test and orthogonal experiments.The better ethanol precipitation condition was established through once precipitation and step precipitation experiments.The result indicated the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides was as follows: 25 times water as much as Armillarisin was added in 100 ℃ for 6 hours and for 2 times extraction.The better ethanol precipitation condition was grading precipitation.
