摘    要:低温不仅是限制冷敏植物分布及其生长最重要的环境因素,也是影响许多热带或亚热带作物生产的重要气候条件。在低温条件下,膜脂相变引起离子渗漏使植物细胞代谢失调,同时植物体内的活性氧的积累对细胞造成氧化伤害。本文着重介绍了在低温条件下与膜稳定性和清除活性氧有关的基因,以及这些基因的表达调控和在作物品种改良中的应用。

Abstract:Chilling temperature is one of the important environmental factors to limit the distribution of plant chilling-sensitive species and decrease the productivity of tropical and subtropical crops. Those plants are also injured at chilling temperature. Under chilling stress, ion leakage resulting from the membrane lipid phase transition leads to the metabolism disorder of plant cell and at the same time, the cell is injured by the accumulation of AOS (Active oxygen species). This paper summaries the genes involved in the membrane stability and scavenging AOS under chilling stress. The regulation of the gene expression and their application in improvement of crops tolerant to chilling stress are also discussed here.
