采后GA_3和2,4-D处理对葡萄贮藏效果的影响

摘    要:采后用GA3 和 2 ,4-D处理可显著提高葡萄的保鲜效果。用 3 / GA3 和 5 0 / 的 2 ,4-D处理黑奥林葡萄 ,在 0 - 1℃条件下贮藏 3个月 ,果实耐压力分别提高 1 6 1g和 396g ;果梗耐拉力分别提高 1 1 9g和 1 4 7g ;鲜梗率分别提高 41和 39个百分点 ;好果率分别提高 1 1和 1 3个百分点 ;果糖总酸比值分别提高 1 2和 1 0。

Abstract:The storage of grape cultivar "black olympia" was remarkably improved by the treatments with 3 / GA 3 and 50 / 2,4-D. The treated grapes were stored at temperature 0~1℃. Three months later, fruit tolerance to pressure, fruit tolerance to pull, rate percentages of fresh stems, rate of good fruits, ratios of fructose and total acids were increased by 161g and 396g, 119g and 147g, 41% and 39%, 11% and 13%, 1 2 and 1 0, respectively. The rate of fresh stems can be used as an important index for grape storage.
