| 摘 要： | 对棉花半配合生殖材料VSG - 1× 1 6 0 1和VSG - 1×粉花无毒两个组合的花蕾进行了过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明 ,在PI区内F1代各种分离类型材料酶谱具明显差异 ,并表明酶带数目与染色体倍数性之间有一定的联系 ,随着染色体数目的增加 ,酶带数目有增多的趋势

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the pesoxiclase isozyme of flower buds of VSG-1×1601 and VSG-1×pink flower and gland less of the semigametic materials in cotton.the results indicated:in the PI region ,there were distimct differences among isozyme patterns of different materils seperted from F\-1 hybriels,and the band number was related to chromosome.it seemed that the more the number of chromosomes,themore the number of bands. |
