| 摘 要： | 通过比较的方式 ,指出现代图书馆与传统图书馆的主要差别在于现代图书馆主要注重对多种信息的收集 ,强调对信息的获取方式而非所有方式 ,强调对信息的使用权而非拥有权。现代图书馆服务的重点也由传统图书馆单一信息的收集、贮存、传递向以信息的广泛搜集与咨询为主的形式发展。信息资源数字化是现代图书馆的前提条件 ,所以在推进图书馆现代化过程中应注重电子文献的收藏与利用 ,要求信息资源建设特色化、个性化

| Abstract: | Through comparing form,the paper points out that the main difference between modern library and traditional library is that modern library pays more attention to collecting all kinds of information,and stresses the form of getting information instead of owning information,emphasizes the using right instead of owning right .The service emphasis of modern library also develops fron simple information's collecting storing transmitting of traditional library into the main form of wildly collecting information and consulting .The digitizing of information resources is the basic condition of modern library ,therefore in the processing of modern library development electronic documents' collecting and using should be emphasized, characteristic and individuality in information construction should be required. |
