| 摘 要： | mRNA差异显示技术是一种分离表达水平出现差别的基因新技术。将其用于动物生长发育调控基因研究 ,为从分子角度阐明发育机制开辟了新的途径。本文介绍了这一新技术原理 ,及其在动物发育研究上的应用与展望。

| Abstract: | mRNA different display is one of techniques for display of differentially expressed gene. The application of mRNA-DD in the research of adjusting and controlling gene of animal development is a kind of new method which display the molecular mechanics. This paper introduce the mechanics of this technique as well as its applications and prospects in the research of animal development. |
