| 摘 要： | 为研究所制益生菌制剂在断奶仔猪中的应用效果,用以替代饲用抗生素,进行饲养试验,测定指标包括料重比、腹泻率,血清D乳酸、D木糖、IgA,肠道S IgA、绒毛高度、隐窝深度。结果表明益生菌制剂与饲用抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能、生化指标、肠道形态学指标作用均差异不显著(P>0.05),但总体评价以添加益生菌制剂的试验2组效果较好。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of probiotics on weaning piglets,the feed antibiotics were substituted by probiotics in a field trial.The performance and biochemistry parameter was determined,including feed efficiency,diarrhea rate,the determination of D-lactic acid,D-xylose and IgA in blood serum,the determination of intestinal S-IgA,villous height and crypt depth.Results showed that the probiotics and antibiotics had similar effect on the growth performance,biochemistry parameter and intestinal morphology of weaning piglets.The feed antibiotics could be substituted by probiotics in weaning piglet feed and Treatment 2 was better. |
