盆栽玉米和大豆对铅、镉的富集作用研究

摘    要:目的]研究玉米和大豆对铅、镉等重金属的富集作用。方法]分别用自来水(CK)0、.1 mol/L的Pb(NO3)2和0.1 mol/L的CdSO4溶液浇灌盆栽玉米和大豆,测定栽培前后土壤中铅、镉的含量,以及玉米和大豆各部位铅、镉的含量。结果]玉米和大豆均能富集土壤中的铅和镉。空白试验中,种植玉米后土壤中铅、镉分别从106.07、2.21 mg/kg降为79.461、.45 mg/kg,种植大豆后土壤中铅、镉分别从107.572、.30 mg/kg降为85.101、.01 mg/kg。玉米和大豆不同部位对铅和镉的吸收程度不同,玉米和大豆各部位吸收铅、镉的能力表现为:根部>秸秆>叶部>果实。用铅、镉溶液浇灌的玉米和大豆的长势与空白组没有明显区别。结论]玉米和大豆对受铅、镉等重金属污染的土壤具有良好的生物修复作用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the enrichment effect of heavy metal Pb and Cd in maize and bean.Method] The maize and bean in pot were irrigated by the tap water(CK) and the solutions with 0.1 mol/L Pb(NO3)2 and 0.1 mol/L CdSO4 resp..The contents of Pb and Cd in soil before and after the maize and bean were planted and in different parts of maize and bean were determined.Result] Maize and bean all had the enrichment of Pb and Cd in soil.In blank test,the Pb and Cd contents in soil were decreased from 106.07,2.21 mg/kg to 79.46,1.45 mg/kg after maize being planted,while that decreased from 107.57,2.30 mg/kg to 85.10,1.01 mg/kg after bean being planted.Different parts of maize and bean had the various absorption ability for Pb and Cd,the absorption ability of different parts of maize and bean in order were root > stem>leaf>fruit.The growth vigor of maize and bean watered by pb and co solution had no significant difference with that of CK.Conclusion] maize and bean had good effect of bioremediation on heavy metal pollution such as pb and co in soil.
