摘    要: 运用AFLP技术, 采用集群分析法(BSA) 进行与黄瓜果实苦味基因连锁的分子标记的研究,找到了与苦味基因连锁的两个显性AFLP标记: E23M662101和E25M652213。这两个标记与Bt基因的遗传距离分别为5 cM和4 cM, 分别位于Bt基因的两侧。该标记可用于无苦味黄瓜的分子标记辅助育种。

Abstract:AFLP biotechnology was applied to identify the markers linked to Bt gene based on BSA method.Two dominant AFLP markers E23M66-101 and E25M65-213 were screened firstly in home and abroad.The bitter fruit F_2 plants possessed 101 bp and 213 bp fragments,but the bitterfree F_2 plants not.The genetic distance of E23M66-101 and E25M65-213 was 5 cM and 4 cM respectively,and two markers were two sides of Bt gene.The AFLP markers can be used for marker-assisted selection.
