| 摘 要： | 通过对机械工程设计中所采用的几种尺寸及公差设计方法的对比分析，提出了应用蒙特卡洛仿真法进行尺寸及公差设计的新方法。探讨了采用该方法进行计算机模拟，解决三维尺寸及公差设计问题的实现方法。在尺寸及公差设计中，该方法简单、易行，而且可以获得高的计算精度。以机械零部件为例，详细说明了应用该方法进行三维尺寸及公差分析的过程，从而证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | By contrastive analyses of some dimensional and tolerance design methods used in mechanical engineering design, a new dimension and tolerance design method by M onte Carlo method was developed. The implementing procedures of applying the met hod to computer simulation and 3D dimension and tolerance design were discussed. The method is easy to use in dimension and tolerance design and has a high accu racy. Taking mechanical parts as example, the application procedures of the meth od to 3D dimension and tolerance analysis were given in detail, which proved eff ectiveness and practicability of the method. |
