| 摘 要： | 通过试验对影响盘轮不平衡的2个显著因素--壁厚差值和形状不规进行研究,使用多元线性回归算法对盘轮不平衡量与2个影响显著因素之间的数学模型进行量化分析研究。在此研究基础上,使用去重方法对盘轮进行去重研究,并使用算法求解去重平衡孔个数与去重平衡孔位置。

| Abstract: | Two significant factors-the wall thickness difference and irregular shape affecting the disc wheel imbalance were determined by experiment.Multiple linear regression algorithm is used for quantitative analysis research on the mathematical model between the disk wheel unbalance quantity and the two significant factors.Based on this research,using weight-removing method to study the disk wheel weight-removing,the duplicate removal balance hole number and duplicate removal balance hole position are solved by algorithm. |
