鸡喹乙醇中毒对血中自由基水平及抗氧化系统的影响

摘    要: 对鸡喹乙醇中毒时,血中自由基(MDA)及抗氧化系统的变化进行了研究;艾维因鸡随机分为两组,正常对照组(Ⅰ组),饲喂基础日粮;喹乙醇处理组(Ⅱ组),饲喂基础日粮,且以15 mg喹乙醇/kg体重处理Ⅱ组,连续处理42 d,每天1次,Ⅰ,Ⅱ组每7 d采血1次,共采血6次,测定MDA及抗氧化系统各指标水平;结果:第2~6次Ⅱ组MDA水平明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而Ⅱ组T-AOC,GSH,T-SOD,CAT,GST,GSH-PX水平明显低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。第1次各指标在Ⅰ,Ⅱ组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。鸡喹乙醇中毒时可引起血中自由基水平(MDA)明显升高,而抗氧化系统各指标水平明显下降。

Abstract:The changes of free radical (malondialdehyde, MDA) and anti-oxidative system in chicken blood during olaquindox poisoning were achieved. Aiweiyin chickens were divided randomly into 2 groups: the chickens of Control group (groupⅠ) were only fed on basic diet, and those of olaquindox -treated group (group Ⅱ) were administrated by 15 micrograms olaquindox per kilogram body weight besides being fed on basic diet, olaquindox was orally given once per day with total times, blood was sampled 6 times with once per 7 days for detection of MDA and anti-oxidative indexes. At the 2nd to 6th detection, MDA of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05,P<0.01),and all anti-oxidative indexes (T-AOC,GSH,T-SOD,CAT,GST,GSH-PX) of group Ⅱ were remarkably lower than those of group Ⅰ(P<0.05,P<0.01, no differences existed in groupⅠ and group Ⅱat the 1st detection (P>0.05). Chicken olaquindox poisoning can results in remarkable increase of blood MDA and significant decrease of anti-oxidation indexes.
