| 摘 要： | 以农产品生产全程监控为构建原则,从源头入手建立了"安全卫生优质农产品监控平台"。系统由生产管理系统、统计分析系统和信息查询系统组成。该系统在我国首次结合条码技术和射频识别(RFID)技术实现农产品追溯查询,其推广应用在保障食品安全方面发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | A monitoring platform for agricultural products of safety,health and good quality is established in order to supervise and control the whole process of producing agricultural products.The platform consists of production management system,statistical analysis system and information search system and makes agricultural products traceable for the first time in China through a bar code label and radio frequency identification.The successful popularization of the platform plays an important role in food safety management. |
