| 摘 要： | 在BHK_(21)细胞上,以琼脂糖作为覆盖物,建立了狂犬病病毒的蚀斑方法.此法特异、敏感、稳定,周期短,5～6d可用肉眼判定结果,可用于狂犬病病毒的鉴定、克隆、滴定及中和抗体检测.

| Abstract: | Using the agarose as overlay, the plaque method of rabies virus has been established in BHK21 cells, which was proved to be highly specific, senstive, stable and good reproducible. The result will be obtained within 5 ?6 days. It can be applied to the cloning, identification , titraton of virus and the detection of neutralizing antibody. |
